Mac Ferguson focuses his practice on complex global sourcing and technology transactions.

He advises established and emerging companies on technology transactions, outsourcing, and other commercial transactions, including information technology outsourcing, business process outsourcing, and intellectual property licensing, development, distribution and procurement.   He represents customers and providers in cloud computing transactions, such as software as a service (SaaS) arrangements, and in the deployment of new technologies, including blockchain.
