Agustín obtained his Law degree from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (2001) and his Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Toronto, Canada (2005). He is professor of Competition Law and Intellectual Property at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. He has published more than 25 academic articles, including a number accepted through blind review proceedings, in Argentina, Australia, Germany (Max Planck Institute for Intellectual Property and Competition Law), the United States (Chicago-Kent University), Mexico and the United Kingdom (European Competition Law Review, European Intellectual Property Review, and Intellectual Property Quarterly, among others). His articles have been quoted in books, academic articles, and decisions of the Argentine Competition Commission, trial courts and courts of appeal.
