On the customs side, the team handles transfer pricing, goods valuations and the implementation of international customs tax structures, as well as representing clients in the courts in a range of complex lawsuits and administrative claims. The team is co-led by Augusto Vechio, an experienced international trade specialist with expertise in World Trade Organisation (WTO) and MERCOSUR rules; and Guido Krolovetzky, who is known for his focus on the customs law aspects of domestic, regional and international laws and regulations governing the sale of goods.
