Beccar Varela handles financial restructurings and bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings for international and national clients across a range of industry sectors. The team covers out of-court negotiations, prejudicial proceedings, credit recovery, insolvency and bankruptcy reorganisation proceedings, and debt restructurings.
