Marjolein Dieperink is an experienced lawyer with a strong focus on the energy sector and energy projects. Her clients include energy companies, developers of energy projects, investors, energy-intensive companies, semi-public entities and governments. Marjolein has ample experience in renewables such as solar, wind and heat projects and grids and a broad experience in the field of (SDE) subsidies, (environmental) permits, tendering and sector-specific legislation (Electricity Act 1998, Gas Act and Heat Act). In addition, she is a sector specialist and coordinates the regulatory, corporate, real estate and other legal activities related to an energy project.
Marjolein is also an assistant professor at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, where she obtained her cum laude PhD degree (on the transfer of development rights).
With a strong focus on the energy sector, AKD’s multidisciplinary team has recently been working on improving the sustainability of real estate, heating networks and sustainable heat sources, solar projects and offshore energy solutions.
