We have been shortlisted for a wellbeing award at the LexisNexis Legal Awards 2020

Founded in 2013, the LexisNexis Legal Awards, recognise and celebrate excellence and innovation across the legal sector.

Morna Bunce, Head of HR at Stowe Family Law said:

“I am honoured that we have been shortlisted for the wellbeing award at the 2020 LexisNexis Awards. In 2018, we
launched Stowe together: an internal initiative that challenges the stigma of mental health and places it equal
to physical health in the workplace.

Through this programme, we have trained a 30-strong team of trained Mental Health First Aiders across the
country, placing employee wellbeing at the heart of everything we do.”

Julian Hawkhead, Senior Partner at Stowe Family Law said:

“I am delighted that the hard work we have undertaken at Stowe to create a safe and supportive place for people to be
open about their mental health has been recognised.

Working in family law often involves helping people going through a very emotional and stressful time. It is vital
that we support all our staff to take care of their mental health to have the
resilience and strength to support our clients when they need us most.”

The awards will be presented at an awards dinner on 11 March 2020.
