Anuwat Ngamprasertkul, Partner and Head of Litigation and Dispute Resolution as well as Co-Head of Tech-Media-Telecoms (TMT), was invited to present classes to Master’s Degree courses at the Faculty of Law, University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce (UTCC), from 27 August to 10 September 2022.
Anuwat discussed strategies, laws, regulations and practical guidelines of the following topics:
- Foreign Direct Investment – Formations, operations, restrictions and incentives of businesses in Thailand.
- Mergers and Acquisitions – How to navigate and avoid common pitfalls of pre-step action, due diligence, deal structure, contract drafting and negotiations.
- Labor Disputes – Labour laws, white collar crime and personal data protection matters in the employment cycle, from recruitment, employment and development to disciplinary actions and terminations.
The UTCC is a higher education institution.
