Akshay’s practice focuses on advising clients on project development and implementation across diverse sectors, including energy, power, transportation, social infrastructure, and defense procurement. His extensive experience encompasses representing government authorities, sponsors, contractors, and lenders engaged in matters such as financing, mergers, acquisitions, and dispute resolution, with an emphasis on public-private partnerships. Furthermore, Akshay has made notable contributions to the success of some of India’s largest Oil & Gas and renewable energy companies through his secondments.
