DSK Legal advised Kotak Investment Advisers Limited (“KIAL”), in relation to the closure of KIAL’s 12th real estate fund for investments in office assets in India.
This fund will have a corpus of USD 590 million (US Dollars Five Hundred and Ninety Million only) and is formed with a wholly owned subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (“ADIA”) and is domiciled in Gujarat International Finance Tech City (“GIFT City”).
DSK Legal assisted KIAL in, inter alia: reviewing, negotiating and revising the contribution agreement(s), investment management agreement and the trust deed and drafting and reviewing of all other ancillary documents related to the transaction.
