Tetsuro Shigeto joined Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu as a special advisor on November 1, 2023.
Mr. Shigeto, a former Regional Commissioner of the Tokyo Regional Taxation Bureau, served as an official of the Ministry of Finance, Japan, and the National Tax Agency for over 30 years. He also served as a Regional Commissioner of the Hiroshima Regional Taxation Bureau, Deputy Commissioner (Taxation) of the National Tax Agency, and First Deputy Commissioner of the National Tax Agency. Additionally, he possesses not only extensive knowledge and experience at the forefront of current taxation practices, but also has built strong interpersonal relationships within tax authorities.
With the addition of Mr. Shigeto, our firm’s established tax practice will be further strengthened.
