Singapore’s Global Law Firm Dentons Rodyk announces new leadership appointments for 2024. 

Welcoming the new heads of the Corporate and Litigation practice department

Stepping into the role that predecessor S Sivanesan steered with distinction, Dentons Rodyk welcomes Ng Eng Leng as the new Head of its Corporate practice department. Eng Leng also co-heads the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice and is its Singapore-Malaysia relationship partner. Sivanesan will continue his role as Senior Partner within the Corporate practice.

Both Marian Ho and Emily Low take over as the Corporate department’s Deputy Heads. Marian also co-heads the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate & Commercial practices, while Emily is the co-head of the Investment Funds practice.

Melvin See succeeds Koh Kia Jeng as Deputy Head for the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution department. Melvin also co-heads the firm’s Brunei desk and is its Singapore-China relationship partner.

Cultivating the next generation of leaders

The firm continues to develop its next-generation leaders with the introduction of Partners Debby Lim and Navin Naidu as the Deputy Heads for the Restructuring, Insolvency & Bankruptcy practice, and the White-Collar Crime & Investigations practice, respectively.
