Shivam is one of the founding members of Sagus Legal with solution expertise spanning across ADR and Insolvency & Bankruptcy and sector specialisations in oil & gas, energy and infrastructure.
Other promotions include the promotion of Ishita Jain as Counsel and Nilesh Panda and Amrita Bakhshi as Senior Associate in the General Corporate Practice. Ishita’s practice expertise includes Arbitration & Dispute Resolution, Insolvency & Bankruptcy, White-Collar Crime, Environment and IPR. She is also an Advocate-on-Record, Supreme Court of India.
