Bhd., a subsidiary of S P Setia Berhad, in relation to the disposal of two (2) commercial buildings situated at Temasya Glenmarie, with sale considerations of RM26,830,000.00 and RM26,020,000.00 respectively. The sale and purchase agreements were signed by Datuk Zaini Yusoff, who holds the positions of Director at Temasya Development Co. Sdn. Bhd. and Chief Operating Officer at S P Setia Berhad.
