r-pac International (“r-pac International”), a leading global provider of branded packaging, trims, sensor technologies & supply chain solutions and American Securities LLC, a leading U.S. private equity firm, announced a strategic partnership that includes an investment from affiliates of American Securities to support the continued growth and global expansion of r-pac International.
As a part of the larger transaction, there was a consequent global restructuring exercise, where ELP was engaged in the restructuring exercise in India and Dubai. As a part of the India leg, R-Pac International Holding Co LLC (“R-PAC LLC”) acquired the shareholding of minority shareholders of R-Pac (India) Private Limited. The Restructuring exercise also involved R-Pac LLC acquiring the minority shareholding in R-Pac (Middle East) Limited.
