We are pleased to share that Ms. Jayashree Parihar and Mr. Naman Tandon has been promoted as Counsels and Mr. Devansh Jain as Principal Associate alongwith Mr. Love Kumar Gupta, Mr. Asav Rajan and Ms. Aditi Pundhir as Senior Associates at PSL Advocates & Solicitors – New Delhi office.
All the six promoted lawyers have been an integral part of our Dispute Resolution, Insolvency & Bankruptcy and Corporate Commercial practice of the firm. The lawyers have been diligent in representing both domestic and international clients across varied industries and before a hierarchy of courts including the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, National Company Law Tribunal, Consumer Forums, Debt Recovery Tribunals and institutional and ad-hoc arbitrations. The lawyers have shown exceptional track record in handling complex civil and commercial disputes including high-stake international and domestic arbitrations that involved several intricacies and complex transactions. The lawyers have been proactive in obtaining favorable orders from several Courts for the clients that has demonstrated commendable ability and commitment in the legal sphere.
