Samvād: Partners (www.samvadpartners.com) is thrilled to announce that Ms. Anjana J Potti
has joined our Firm as an Equity Partner with effect from June 22, 2026 along with her team.
Anjana is based out of our Bengaluru office.
Ms. Anjana J Potti brings over 21 years of experience in banking
and financial services, debt capital markets, debt restructuring, and
structured financing. Her practice spans advising domestic and
international banks, NBFCs, private credit and special situations
funds, multilateral development finance institutions, alternative
investment platforms, and asset reconstruction companies across
lending, securitisation, debt issuances, treasury transactions,
insolvency, and restructuring matters. She also has significant
experience with listed and unlisted bond issuances as both investor
and issuer counsel, including in the infrastructure sector.
Anjana holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore
(2005), and is admitted to practice law in India.
