DZP has advised Polenergia Group, the largest of Poland’s private energy groups, on the conclusion of a 10-year cPPA (Corporate Power Purchase Agreement) with Schattdecor Polska, market leader in decor printing.

The agreement gives Schattdecor Polska regular access to energy from RES and secures 100% of its consumption over the next 10 years. The green energy will be produced entirely by two wind farms owned by Polenergia: the 44 MW Grabowo Wind Farm and the 45 MWp Strzelino Photovoltaic Farm. The full transition to renewable wind and solar energy is another step in the implementation of Schattdecor Polska’s pro-environmental policy.

“We are delighted that Schattdecor has joined the large number of partners who have placed their trust in us. It is yet another market player that has decided to take advantage of the long-term green energy agreements offered by Polenergia. Decarbonising the economy is one of our Group’s priorities. The 10-year agreement with Schattdecor Polska fits perfectly into the long-term achievement of this goal.” says Ireneusz Sawicki, Member of the Management Board of Polenergia Obrót.

The client was advised by Rafał Hajduk, Partner in DZP’s Infrastructure and Energy Practice.
