As of May 2022, Pia-Alena Havel LLM. (31) has been strengthening Binder Grösswang’s Corporate/M&A team, led by partner Thomas Schirmer, as an attorney at law.
Pia-Alena Havel joined Binder Grösswang as an associate in 2020. Since then, she has advised Austrian and international clients on numerous cross-border transactions. Her fields of specialization include mergers & acquisitions as well as general corporate law.
