It gives us immense pleasure to announce that Nidhi Arya, Rachika Agrawal Sahay and Udit Mendiratta have been elevated to the Firm’s Equity Partnership, and Tushar Thimmiah and Vallishree Chandra have been promoted as Salaried Partners, with effect from April 1, 2024.
Nidhi is one of the core members of the Firm’s finance, real estate and corporate practice. She became a Salaried Partner in 2019. Her expertise lies in advising banks, financial institutions and private credit funds on various loans and investments.
Rachika is a key member of the Firm’s corporate, energy and infrastructure practice. She became a Salaried Partner at the Firm’s Delhi office in 2021. Her expertise spans across various sectors, including investments and M&A in the renewable and EV space.
Udit joined the Firm as a Salaried Partner in 2021 and is an integral part of the Firm’s corporate and commercial disputes practice as well as the technology practice. He represents clients across industries such as infrastructure, hospitality, real estate, renewable energy, oil and gas and technology before various judicial/ quasi-judicial authorities.
Tushar is a member of the Firm’s private equity & venture capital, corporate and M&A practice in Bengaluru. He specialises in advising domestic and foreign venture capital funds, private equity funds and multinational corporations.
Vallishree is a member of the Firm’s private equity & venture capital, corporate and M&A practice in Bengaluru. Her expertise lies in advising clients on cross-border deals across industry sectors such as fintech, AI, SaaS, etc.
