Partner Addition: Shravan Yammanur

Dentons Link Legal is pleased to announce that Shravan Yammanur has joined as a Partner in the Firm’s Dispute Resolution practice in Delhi.

Shravan is a law graduate from the National University of Advanced Legal Studies.

With nearly 10 years of experience, Shravan specializes in International Arbitration, Public International Law, Trade Law, Public Policy and Litigation. He has successfully defended Republic of India against a foreign investor in an investment treaty arbitration related to the mining sector and represented Republic of India in two ongoing investment arbitrations related to its energy policies and the civil aviation industry.

He was a member of India’s negotiating team for Investment Treaties and Investment Chapters of Free Trade Agreements and has been an advisor to the Ministry of Commerce & Industry on Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) Policy/ Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) issues. Shravan is also an Advocate-on-Record of the Supreme Court of India.

Prior to joining Dentons Link Legal, Shravan has worked with P&A Law Offices, and in the Government of India at the Ministry of Commerce & Industry and the Ministry of Finance. He has also worked at the Chambers of Mr. Rajiv Dutta, Senior Advocate and Arbitrator.
