NKO Partners advised a logistics property market leader CTP on acquisition of 27.5 hectares of land close to Belgrade city center, intended for development of the largest logistics and technology facility in Serbia with over 130,000 sqm of leasable area.
The transaction represents a complex share/asset deal which involved the Roaming Group and Robne kuce Beograd. The NKO Partners’ team was led by Partner Djordje Nikolic.
