Anna Gassner will be joining GSK Stockmann’s team in Luxembourg as of 1 October 2023. The addition of a new partner is part of the firm’s strategy to further expand its advisory services in the areas of corporate M&A and private equity.
Anna Gassner (43) will be joining GSK Stockmann’s Luxembourg team as an equity partner on 1 October 2023. She specialises in corporate M&A and private equity and will be joining the firm from Luther’s Luxembourg office, where she has worked since 2018 and is currently a partner. She was admitted to practise law in France in 2009 and worked as a lawyer in Paris for several years before being admitted to practise law in Luxembourg. Anna Gassner will be bringing not only valuable expertise to GSK’s Luxembourg office, but will also be focusing in particular on advising international clients.
Since the opening of the firm’s Luxembourg office in 2016 and London office in 2022, GSK Stockmann has placed a strong focus on complex private equity, venture capital and real estate transactions structured via Luxembourg and London. The M&A expertise of the new equity partner will help to boost the range of advisory services offered at the international level.
