The corporate department of Finocchio & Ustra Sociedade de Advogados advised Enso, a reference in the wealth management,as well as wealth and financial planning, in the M&A transaction with Brainvest, a global multi-family office with locations in Switzerland, Brazil and the United States, also specializing in wealth management and offering differentiated and personalizes investment solutions.
The partnership, which resulted in Enso and Brainvest exceeding R$25 billion under management, will enable Brainvest to advance in the contryside of São Paulo, combined with Enso’s expertise and its solid network in the region.
The Transaction was led by Andrea Ometto Bittar Tincani, corporate and mergers and acquisitions team’s partner, with the participation of Rachel Cerqueira Salvador Marques, Camila de Godoy Ferreira, Patrícia Bruzzi Carrion Paraguay, Sergio Ribeiro Fernandes e Enrico Abrahão Oliveira, all from Finocchio e Ustra.
