Panama, May 30, 2023. Morgan & Morgan Legal advised First Quantum Minerals Ltd. (“FQM”) in the offering and issuance of its $1,300,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 8.625% senior notes due 2031 (the “Notes”).
The issuance of the Notes is of great importance to FQM, as it represented a financing condition for FQM to partially redeem its outstanding 7.5000% Senior Notes due 2025.
