We are pleased to announce that Matouk Bassiouny & Hennawy (“MBH”) acted as the legal counsel to Azorra – a well-known aircraft leasing company – in connection with the acquisition of 12 Airbus A220-300s from EGYPTAIR to complement its current A220 orderbook.
Azorra is purchasing the aircraft from EGYPTAIR to support the airline’s ongoing fleet transformation.
The MBH team advising on this transaction was led by Sherif El Hosseny (Partner and Head of Aviation) and included Nourhane Hamdy (Associate).
