The corporate and mergers and acquisitions department of Finocchio & Ustra Advogados advised Bosch, a consolidated company in the automotive sector, to acquire 20% of Peça.Ai, a platform for the sale and purchase of automotive parts for the B2B market.
Following its purpose of promoting digitalization in the automotive aftermarket sector in Brazil, the acquisition led by Bosch’s Automotive Aftermarket sector adds a new option for the purchase journey. Peça.Ai, a multi-brand platform, offers effective solutions for repair shops in terms of search and purchase of auto parts, providing faster delivery and differentiated payment conditions.
The Transaction was led by Felipe Cervone, corporate and mergers and acquisitions team’s partner, with the participation of Andrea Tincani, Arthur Carvalhaes, Camila de Godoy, Marcela Nicoletti e Luana Magnani, all from Finocchio e Ustra Advogados.
