LNT & Partners is honoured to have successfully acted as Vietnamese counsel for, and advised on, the acquisition of hotel portfolios in South East Asia, with a total value of US$106.1 million.
The hotel portfolios comprised prestigious properties, including the IBIS Saigon South and Capri by Fraser in District 7, Ho Chi Minh city, as well as Pullman Jakarta Central Park in Indonesia.
This deal coincides with the gradual recovery of the hospitality market from the Covid-19 pandemic.
