LNT & Partners is honored to advise International Dairy Products JSC (IDP), a prominent dairy manufacturer in Vietnam, in a significant investment deal with Growtheum Capital Partners (GCP), a Singapore-based investment fund.
The deal, which involves an investment of approximately USD100 million, will help further strengthen IDP’s position in the Vietnamese dairy market. Currently, IDP is one of the leading dairy manufacturers in Vietnam with popular products in the market, including fresh, condensed, powdered, and other related products. With IDP’s existing resources and GCP’s funding and management experience, both parties will work collaboratively for effective business solutions that will not only enhance revenue and profitability of IDP, but also facilitate growth of dairy market in Vietnam.
This investment is particularly significant as the economy continues to recover from the Covid-19 pandemic and the post-pandemic circumstances, where capital has become vital to companies’ continued growth.
