L&L Partners Law Offices recently advised Vortiv Limited, an Australian Stock Exchange listed technology investment company on its acquisition of Transaction Solutions International (India) Private Limited (TSI) from its joint venture partner, CX Partners. TSI specializes in providing solutions in the payments, electronic surveillance and managed services space, which owns and services one of the largest ATM networks for public and private sector banks in India.
