During the second quarter of 2023, K. Argyridou & Associates LLC has been engaged to act for one of the largest credit institutions in Cyprus in connection with the financing of a series of major acquisitions by a large international group of companies operating in the hotel and tourism sector.
The transactions included cross-border elements. The firm handled the drafting and negotiation of all relevant finance documents and advised the lender on multiple complex issues related to the acquisitions. The team was led by the managing partner Karolina Argyridou.
