Kostiantyn Kryvenko has been working in the Kyiv office of Ilyashev & Partners since 2019. Specializes in supporting criminal cases in Ukraine and abroad, defends clients’ interests at all stages of criminal proceedings related to official and white-collar crimes, specializes in legal security of business against illegal pressure. Advises national and international companies on issues of legal regulation of virtual assets and compliance with legislation aimed at preventing and combating money laundering.
Konstiantyn is an experienced attorney who represents clients in dozens of criminal proceedings annually, including those relating to official and white-collar crimes, fraud, property theft and cash embezzlement, corruption-related offenses, tax evasion and money laundering. His professional experience ranges from engagement into the investigative activities and restitution of attached assets to changing the restraint measure and injunctive relief.
Among Konstiantyn’s recent projects: counselling and representing one of the largest Ukrainian aviation companies in criminal cases initiated by the Security Service of Ukraine regarding the client’s assets; defending the interests of groups of companies, enterprises, and their officials on charges of white-collar crimes; protection of former public officials in criminal proceedings regarding false declaration.
Oleksandr Rudenko joined Ilyashev & Partners’ team in 2020. Oleksandr specializes in the support of Mergers & Acquisitions transactions on financial and real estate markets, implementing complex corporate re-organizations of diverse groups of companies, engaged in the industrial sector and in digital economy.
Oleksandr has an experience of successfully supporting milestone M&A transactions on financial and real estate markets, implementing complex corporate re-organizations of diverse groups of companies, engaged in the industrial sector and in digital economy, as well as considerable track of consulting both domestic and international financial institutions on the issues of bank regulations, licensing and financial regulation framework applicable in Ukraine, as well as international and large national companies on various issues of doing business in Ukraine.
Among Oleksandr’s latest projects: legal support for investments of an international corporation in the development of new production in Ukraine; corporate restructuring of an agro-industrial holding; comprehensive legal advice to the developer of online banking solutions; legal advice and comprehensive support for registration of investments in foreign companies.
