As part of a strategic reorganization, the American cotton manufacturer U.S. Cotton, LLC, has sold the Flawil-based producer of absorbent cotton and other products, FLAWA Consumer GmbH, to members of its management.
Homburger advised U.S. Cotton on this transaction, with Claude Lambert as senior relationship partner.
