Homburger advised UBS Switzerland AG in connection with ITS Kanal Services AG’s new CHF 123 m acquisition and working capital facilities

Homburger acted as counsel to UBS Switzerland AG in its capacity as mandated lead arranger,agent, security agent and lender in connection with ITS Kanal Services AG’s new CHF 123 m acquisition and working capital facilities. ITS Kanal Services AG is a Switzerland-based leader in underground infrastructure maintenance services with KLAR Partners Limited as majority shareholder.

Homburger advised UBS Switzerland AG and the other syndicate banks with regard to all legal aspects of the financing transaction.
