On August 18, 2023, Alchemy US Holdco 1, LLC received an incremental USD term facility as a borrower under its existing credit arrangement with Wilmington Trust, National Association as administrative agent and collateral agent, which is guaranteed by, inter alia, Alchemy Transatlantic-S GmbH.
Alchemy group produces non-ferrous metal powders, with a focus on copper and aluminum powder serving diverse end-markets including chemicals, automotive, and industrial sectors worldwide.
Homburger advised the Alchemy Group on all Swiss law aspects of the transaction. The Homburger team was led by Daniel Haeberli (Capital Market and Financing) and included Simone Gloor (Capital Market and Financing) as well as Stefan Oesterhelt (Tax).
