Homburger acted as counsel to SI Group in connection with its USD 100 m securitization facility with PNC Bank, National Association. SI Group is a global leader in the innovative technology of performance additives, process solutions, active pharmaceutical ingredients, and chemical intermediates.
Homburger advised SI Group with regard to all Swiss legal aspects of the transaction.
