On June 29, 2023, the sale of a majority shareholding in Flisom AG has been successfully completed. Qubit Investments Pte Ltd,
an affiliate of Tata Industries Ltd, together with several other shareholders sold its stake in the ETH Zurich spin-off, a developer and manufacturer of photovoltaic thin-film solar modules, to FL1 Holding GmbH, a Germany based investment company.
Homburger AG advised Qubit Investments on all Swiss legal aspects of the transaction. The Homburger team was led by Daniel Hasler and included Stefan Blunschi, Stefan Luginbühl, Julien Di Sabato, Martin Cattaneo and Giulia Meier (all Corporate / M&A).
