On December 6, 2023, Müller Martini and Hunkeler, both global market leaders with innovative solutions for post-print paper processing, announced the combination of the two businesses. Müller Martini Holding AG acquired all shares in Hunkeler Holding AG from the Hunkeler family and CIC CAPITAL (Suisse) SA.
