Homburger acted as counsel to GTT Communications Inc. in connection with a term loan credit agreement with Wilmington Savings Funds Society, FSB as administrative agent and an asset-based loan credit agreement with Wingspire Capital LLC as administrative agent.
Both credit agreements were entered into after GTT Communications Inc. emerged from US chapter 11 restructuring proceedings on December 30, 2022. Headquartered in McLean, Virginia, USA, GTT Communications Inc. operates a global internet network and provides a comprehensive suite of cloud networking and managed solutions that utilize advanced software-defined networking and security technologies.
Homburger advised GTT Communications Inc. with regard to all Swiss legal aspects of the financing transactions.
