On December 18, 2023, Global TIP Holdings Two B.V. as company and Global TIP Finance B.V. as borrower received an increased EUR term facility under its existing multicurrency credit facilities agreement with ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as agent and Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A. as security agent, which is guaranteed by, inter alia, PEMA Truck- und Trailervermietung GmbH.
