On February 16, 2023, Affective Advisory and the Farner group, a portfolio company of Waterland Private Equity, announced to join forces and to expand the agency alliance «Team Farner».
Affective Advisory is a leading behavioral science consultancy, applying behavioral economics and social psychology, and will bring evidence-based insights and scientific methods to the growing agency alliance.
Homburger acted as transactional counsel to Torben Emmerling, founder of Affective Advisory GmbH. The team included Andreas Müller and Stefan Luginbühl (both Corporate / M&A), Stefan Oesterhelt (Tax), Luca Dal Molin (IP / IT) as well as Ivan Marijanovic (Employment and Executive Compensation).
