Gütt Olk Feldhaus advised US digital transformation specialist Ness Digital Engineering on the acquisition of Berlin-based MVPF Technologies GmbH (MVP Factory). 

Ness Digital Engineering, which funds managed by global investment firm KKR acquired in 2022, aims to help MVP Factory to expand its venture-building approach and develop into a globally active engineering and venture-building platform.

Ness Digital Engineering is a digital transformation specialist with more than 4,500 employees at eleven development sites in the U.S., Europe and India. Ness focuses on solutions in Intelligent Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics and Salesforce implementation.

Since its founding in 2017, MVP Factory has developed into a leading end-to-end venture & product builder, and is considered one of the fastest-growing service providers in the German market in the field. The company works with well-known medium-sized companies and groups. MVP Factory’s core competencies include idea generation, validation and implementation of new digital business models as well as the launch of corporate venture studios.
