GSK Stockmann advised Oliver Grass and Assemblify GmbH on the sale of inno-spec GmbH to Headwall Photonics, Inc. headquartered in Bolton, Massachusetts, USA.

inno-spec is a leading manufacturer of industrial hyperspectral imaging systems used in high-volume recycling, industrial sorting and quality testing and is a key player in the advancement of machine vision technology.

Headwall Photonics, a portfolio company of Arsenal Capital Partners, is active in the field of hyperspectral imaging technologies and pursues a three-pronged strategy encompassing industrial applications, remote sensing and optical components.

A GSK Stockmann team led by Munich-based corporate partner Marcel Vietor provided the shareholders of inno-spec GmbH with comprehensive advice on the negotiation, completion and execution of the sale.
