GSK Stockmann advised a Hamburg-based family office on letting a senior living project to be constructed in Hamburg-Tonndorf to the operator Renafan.

The family office, represented by real estate adviser DIMP (Die Immobilien Partner Hamburg GmbH), is developing a senior living project offering 30 residential places and 20 daytime care places on a plot located in Roterlenweg in Hamburg-Tonndorf. The plot is owned by the Evangelical-Lutheran Tonndorf parish, which has granted the family office a heritable building right. The building permit has already been issued. The building is scheduled for completion in 2026 and is let to the Renafan Group.

GSK Stockmann provided the family office with comprehensive legal and tax advice regarding the letting of the project.

Advisers of the family office:

GSK Stockmann: Philip Huperz (lead), Julia Jacobs (both Real Estate Transactions & Asset Management), Dominik Berka (Tax)
