Goltsblat BLP, the Russian practice of
the international law firm Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP), has advised Sberbank Investments as restructuring
agent on debt portfolio restructuring for the Genser group of companies, one of Russia’s biggest car dealers. Sberbank, VTB, Sviaz-Bank, Bank SOYUZ,
Credit Bank of Moscow, and Bank ROSSIYSKY CAPITAL were involved
in the restructuring, with Sberbank
Investments
as the advisor.

The team of Goltsblat BLP lawyers was led by Banking
& Finance

and included head of group Tatiana Parshak and associate Dmitry Ionov. The deal was supported by corporate team led by partner and head of Corporate / M&A
