Goltsblat BLP, the Russian practice of the international law
firm Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP), has acted as the Russian legal counsel
for Ferronordic Machines AB on the offering and listing of its
ordinary shares on Nasdaq Stockholm.

The Goltsblat BLP team was led by Anton Panchenkov,
Partner, Corporate / M&A, and coordinated by Senior Associate Kseniya
Shevchenko
. The working group also included teams from the Tax Practice: Associate Director Anna Zvereva and Associate Anton

Ferronordic is an authorised dealer of Volvo
Construction Equipment, Terex Trucks, Dressta, Mecalac and Rottne in Russia. In
certain parts of the country, Ferronordic has also been appointed
aftermarket dealer for Volvo and Renault Trucks and dealer for Volvo Penta. The
group is established in all Russia’s federal districts, with 74 outlets and
over 800 employees.

The offer attracted strong interest from both Swedish and
international institutions, as well as the general public in Sweden.
