The court upheld the legal position of GOLAW attorneys, found the dismissal unlawful, as well as granted the average salary for the entire period of forced absence to the client.

Thanks to the well-coordinated work of GOLAW attorneys, the dismissal order was revoked, the client has already been reinstated and received the average salary compensation for the entire period of forced absence, stipulated by the legislation.
