Foyen assists with the sale of the Hemnet website for SEK 2 billion

General Atlantic and a consortium
comprising investors Pierre Siri, Henrik Persson and investors involved in
Merro, an investment company, are becoming the new owners of Hemnet. The amount
of the sale is SEK 2 billion. The current owners, Mäklarsamfundet and
Fastighetsmäklarförbundet, will retain minority interests in Hemnet. The
previous owners, Fastighetsbyrån and Svensk Fastighetsförmedling, are selling
all of their holdings in Hemnet.
