Wenzel Röhsner, LL.M. (29) has been admitted to the Vienna bar in March 2022 and appointed Legal Director at Eversheds Sutherland in Austria. He specializes in intellectual property and litigation law with a focus on tort, civil and corporate law.
Wenzel has extensive experience in representing international companies before courts and authorities as well as in out-of-court claim enforcement. He also regularly advises on contract drafting and negotiation.
In addition, he advises companies on securing their intellectual property rights. Already during his master studies “United States Law” at Santa Clara University in Silicon Valley, he decided to focus on Intellectual Property.
