Maksym Uslystyi, counsel, was promoted to a Partner.
Igor Semenov, counsel, received partnership track.
Alexandr Lugovskiy, Senior Associate, received counsel track.
Artem Kuzmenko, associate, was promoted to senior associate.
Alexander Kravets, associate, was promoted to senior associate.
Julia Zarichniuk, junior associate,was promoted to associate.

Mr Uslystyi has over 7 years of successful experience in the fields of corporate law, M&A, corporate taxation, investment, competition procedures and due diligence. He possesses legal expertise in foreign investment, transaction support, corporate structure evaluation and risk assessment as well as in drafting contracts and other documents.
Mr Uslystyi graduated from the Queen Mary College, University of London, UK, Corporate Law LLM Programme.

Mr. Semenov has around 10 years of professional experience in international arbitration and cross-border litigation. Igor usually handles complex multi-jurisdictional disputes involving banks and other financial institutions as well as represents interests of major international and domestic players in energy and agriculture in arbitration and litigation proceedings.
Aleksandr has over 4 years of experience in international litigation and arbitration, advising both Ukrainian and international clients on various international trade, civil, commercial, corporate and investment matters, as well as recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards. Aleksandr represented both companies and individuals before Ukrainian courts as well as various international arbitration forums.
Artem Kuzmenko has 5 years of experience in the practice of corporate law and M & A, specializing in advising local and multinational companies. Prior to joining Eterna Law Mr. Kuzmenko worked at the Primelaw.
Mr. Kravets specializes in commercial and civil law. His experience is 9 years of representing clients in general, commercial and administrative courts of all instances, developing tactics and strategies, preparation of claims, appeals, complaints, queries, providing clients with legal opinions on civil rights, criminal, commercial, land, banking and finance, valuation grounds for suspension and termination of contracts.
Ms. Zarichiuk has 4 years of experience in department of international tax planning and corporate structuring of Eterna Law. She participated in case of advising one of the largest online sports internet-resource Sports.ru in acquisition of a Belarusian mobile developer for football fans 90live.org.
