As of 01 October 2021, Jochen Anweiler (54) has joined E+H as a partner in the antitrust practice group. Jochen Anweiler is an internationally recognized antitrust lawyer with proven expertise in Austrian and EU merger control.
E+H has been pursuing a consistent growth strategy for years. The addition of Jochen Anweiler not only expands the partner base in antitrust law, but also marks another important strategic step with the opening of an office in Brussels.

Jochen Anweiler is admitted to the bar in Germany and Austria. He has more than 20 years of experience in antitrust law, having worked in international law firms in Germany, Brussels (for over a decade), and Vienna, most recently at Wolf Theiss.
With the addition of Jochen Anweiler, E+H’s antitrust team now has four antitrust partners. In total, the antitrust team comprises 14 lawyers and is thus one of the largest antitrust teams in Austria.
